A redesign of a direct mailing brochure which saved KW Realty, Ocean Beach a lot of time and money.
In the past the Realty would develop a letter, had it printed, insert in an envelope, affix a label, add a first class stamp (.49), bundle to the Post Office spec’s and deliver to them. At 2500-5000 pieces this was a very expensive process.
Our agency designed a full color tri-fold brochure with photos and home prices. Postage indicia was preprinted. We used Affiliated Direct Mail, a mailing house in Wall, New Jersey. They printed the brochure, set up the addressing – using lists that went directly to the homeowners original house. (Summer people usually have two addresses). Postage reduce to .22 cents second class. Mailing arrived in two to three days.
The client cut the postage cost in more than half. Eliminated the hours spent by employees handling and addressing the mailing. Two vendor ads offset the printing by $1,000. The final product was more visual and attractive and reached their prospects in due time.

Our client wanted to target summer residents in two towns in their market area. Lavallette and Ortley Beach. The message – bars and restaurants in the towns, with telephone numbers for reservations.
